Shipping

Orders placed by 3 pm Greenwich time will ship out on the business day, otherwise, your order will be shipped out on the following business day.

Orders placed on holidays, saturday or sunday will not be shipped before following business day.

Please note that any customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with international orders are the customer’s responsibility and will be due upon receipt when applicable.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to find the best way to make it reach you.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened items in a new and unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at party@loopfrankie.com to receive instructions how to do it. We’re sorry but we cannot accept any returns that have not been authorized by Loop Team.

Please note that any costs associated with shipping the return are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees will not be refunded. Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within approximately 5 business days.
